Cancellation Policy
At ReMaid Clean, we understand that plans can change. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours after service agreement may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total amount.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean the specific areas free of charge.
